			<title>Problems with ActiVHeat !!!</title>
			<link>http://www.winter-comfort.com/reviews/gerbings-heated-jacket-liner.html#josc130</link>
<description>I ordered the jacket from ActiVHeat and it has been over 3 weeks that I ordered it and still has not been shipped. I would not recommend that anyone order anything from them because of the excuses that they have. First off, I have sent an email nearly every day in the last two weeks and would only receive a response about every 4th day. My emails consisted of me asking them what the status was on my order because I wanted them to know that I was checking up on it, however they made up an excuse saying that their shipment is held up at customs. Word of advice, if you\'re going to order around december or in the winter months make sure you order it at least one month in advance. I spoke with an employee at brookstone and was told that they (ActiVHeat) always underproduces and makes up an excuse, the reason is simple and logical, produce less and you dont get stuck with product that you dont sell, for anyone that comments on this saying its a lie or that I\'m making it up I have nothing to say because you were clearly hired by ActiVHeat to promote their product or you have other financial motives for what youre doing. Im honestly not sure what to expect from a company that form the onset of my order decided to lie to its customer, I already know that if something goes wrong with the jacket, they will probably refuse to stand by their warantee. Also good luck finding anything bad about the company because Im trying to find where to post my story and most places require you to have an account to make a compliant. good luck.</description>
